Who says week days have to be boring? Tonight we a date night at home! Being new parents with busy lives, we don't have time to go out on dates. And to be honest, we aren't quite ready to leave our little one with someone else. So this date night in box is perfect for us. It would also be a fun idea for couples who can just never make up their mind on what to do or where to go for date night.
This months Date Night In Box was called 'To the moon and back".
It was all about a cozy night star gazing. Unfortunately it was rainy tonight so we had to keep our date night inside. In our box there were the following items:
-Sugar cookie mix
-(2) cookie cutters
-(2) packs of hot chocolate
-(2) luminaries
-a little booklet to explain everything and even included a date night recipe idea.

The sugar cookies were very easy to make. All you needed was to add water!
Seeing as though it was raining on our little date night, we decided to light the luminaries in our bedroom and just hangout in bed while eating our sugar cookies and sipping our hot chocolates. Overall it was a fun little date that maybe we wouldn't have thought of. I recommend you checking out these boxes if you are busy parents or just like having fun unique dates at home.
